On Friday September 5th our National Customer Service Center will be closing at 5:00 pm cst while telephone system maintenance is being performed. On Sunday September 7th beginning at 9:00 am est we will be performing maintenance on our servers. This should last approximately 4 hours. Due to heavy demand for expedited passports, we urge travelers to contact us as far in advance of their trip date as possible.
